Hello there and to Spark People and to our team!
What I love on Spark People is that the support is unlimited! You need motivation, read up on the success stories and/or post a query and someone will be there to help you along. It is always difficult to start something new but Spark People make it so easy for us all to achieve our ultimate goals. Take it step by step: a) study the site, b) incorporate good habits from the beginning, c) start exercising, etc.

HI, I HAVE SUFFERED WITH A YO, YO WEIGHT LOSE/WEIGHT GAIN ALL MY LIFE, ON MY FATHER'S SIDE, I HAD ALL OVERWEIGHT AUNTS, AND 1 UNCLE THAT WAS OVER WEIGHT WITH DIABETIES. I HAVE SAID SO MANY TIMES, I DON'T WANT TO BE LIKE THEM, BUT I AM, I AM A LITTLE OVER 300 POUNDS, AND I HATE THAT, I AM SO ASHAMED OF MY SELF BUT YET I EAT ALL THE WRONG FOODS, I SOMETIMES HIDE FOOD FROM MY BOYFRIEND. I HATE TO EXERCISE, ESPECIALLY ALONE, I WILL DO IT IF I HAVE SOMEONE TO DO IT WITH. I AM SO AFRAID TO DIE AND BE THIS BIG, I WANT TO BE SKINNER WHEN I DIE. I AM ONLY 42 GOING TO BE 43 IN A FEW WEEKS, I HATE MYSELF, I SUFFER WITH BEING BI-POLOR, I SUFFER WITH SLEEP APNEA, I HAVE A BOYFRIEND THAT EATS ANYTHING HE WANTS AND DOESN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT PUTTING ON WEIGHT. i HAVE A MTOHER THAT ALL SHE HAS TO DO IS WORRY ABOUT SOMETHING AND SHE CAN DROP 10 POUNDS LIKE NOTHING, I ALSO HAVE A BROTHER THAT CAN EAT ANYTHING HE WANTS, AND MY SISTER AND OTHER BROTHER HAVE A WEIGHT PROBLEM. BUT THE BROTHER THAT HAS A WEIGHT PROBLEM, HAS LOST WEIGHT, FOR HEART PROBLEMS, AND LUNGS, AND HE IS ON A SPECIAL DIET.
