Hi Steph, welcome to the team. If you start small and work your way into it and log in every day you will find that you will have better chances of succeeding. Start off by tracking your food and drink, and start replacing your drinks with water.
Welcome Steph, Initially it is challenging but it gets easier as you get the hang of it. I am doing the 6 week challenge on More Active and I am having a good time with it. I have a major problem with my portion sizes and eating the right things and the nutrition tracker is indispensable to me. Good luck! Kali

Hi, I am new to this style of fitness regiment. I have tried all sorts of excercise and enjoy most of them, yet the diet section is always where I fail. A friend suggested I try Spark to help motivate me, and here I am. I am still finding the navigation on the site challenging and also the regular reporting. Today is only my second day on.
