SP has all the tools and features to help you become healthier and more fit and with the support of its members - well, it's a recipe for success, but it will require time and patience on your part as the changes you are looking for won't happen overnight, but they will happen!! Take it slow, making gradual changes - ones that are reasonable, doable and sustainable for the long run - these should be positive life changes you are planning to make - this is not a quick fix.
