Thank you so much for joining our new team! Congratulations on your current weight loss. I know have frustrating plateaus can be, and I am glad that you are reaching out for support in our group. My goal is for all of us to motivate ourselves and find support here, so that we can reach our goals. Even if our goal is just maintaining! Hey all:
Special thanks to KRISSYRD for sending me an email about this new team. I have been a member of SparkPeople for almost 4 years now. I LOVE this site. I originally started using this site so that I would have an outlet for my nutrition and starting that healthy lifestyle before I started college. When I got to college, I started using the site to focus on weight loss. Over the last few years I have lost a total of 45lbs. I would love to be more toned, as I think that I am at my body's ideal goal weight. I say that because I have an image of where I want to be, but it seems as if I have plateaued at 165. For my height I could lose another 10 lbs, but when I look at myself, I am happy- with some goals of slight tweaks.

I have a busy life, so staying online and active in the Spark People community has been hard, although I do like the working out etc. So I just have to figure out a way to get more on top of inputting my information and not just leaving it to a once a week or once a month check-in.

Anyways, I am excited to make the effort and I hope that you learn as much from me as I know I will learn from you.

Goal: run 30 minutes every other day

Goal: 25/25/25 (pushups/crunches/squats) every day

Goal: Be mindful of my portion intake

Goal: Drink 8 glasses of water a day

Goal: Be happy with being me!
