I'm Krissy, and the creator of this group! I have lost over 100 pounds, and now am losing my last bit of weight to reach my goal of 125 pounds.
In the past I focused more on my diet than working out, but this time around I am being sure to both eat right and exercise. At the time of this writing, I have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks.
Everyone is welcome here! The point of group is to encourage one another, because the closer we get to our goal weight the tougher it can be to keep going. I am 25 pounds from my 125 goal (150 ibs), and 15 pounds from my first goal (15).
