Hello everyone. I am not new to exercise. I used to weight 315 pounds and now I weight 152 it was a long hard journey but I made it. Everyone at work thinks I small but I would like to lose about 15 pounds and continue to tone up. I joined spark people just for added motivation from the group. If any one lives in cleveland email me and we can workout together. I have 6 kids, work fulltime and getting my masters in Psychology. I have some illness that slow me down but as long as I get back up everyday is a blessed one. I take everyday as a fresh new start to commit to a health diet and exercise regime.
