Hello everybody. I'm here because I'm sick and tired of being overweight and really want to finally reach my goal. I'm active at the gym and always have been and you'd think I'd be in excellent shape. I need to get my diet in control and learn how to eat healthy and be more diciplined. I plan on checking in everyday. So far I have lost 4 lbs in 2 days and I don't want to stop. I have slowly gained the weight since my 1st child was born. I have 4 boys and my youngest is 4 now. It's me time now! Anyway, I have a plan and I just need to stick with it. I just have to keep my goal in my mind at all times and take baby steps. I can't wait to shop in my closet!
