Welcome to SP and the team! I hope you can find all the information here to help you reach your 25 lbs loss. Some tips: go slow and make some goals for yourself...some ideas for goals are:

drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day
eat 3-4 veggie servings a day
walk three times a week
(ps...these goals will also help build up your energy levels which will help with depression - I understand both too well)

Other things to help are to try to get into a group or some here on SP that can support you, such as a high cholesterol group, a local SP group, or other interests you have. It is amazing the support you will find on here! My teams have definitely helped get me through some rough times. It's always nice to know there are others going through things (as horrible as that sounds), and we are not alone.

Hi there, i am trying to lose the 25 lbs. I gained back after being on NS (expensive!) trying to do this on my own w/o buying packaged shipped food. I am 56 and was told i have high cholesterol. My current status is NO energy and depressed. Support is needed so any help tips from you will be taken seriously on my end. Good luck to you as well.
