So tired of losing and re-gaining the same 15 pounds every year. This time I want to focus on longterm lifestyle changes rather than strict eating plans that I eventually grow weary of. It's getting harder and harder to lose the weight and it goes back on more and more quickly. I want to stop worrying so much about the number on the scale and more on how I look and feel. Spark pages seem to have some great ideas! Looking forward to making a permanent change.
