Let me tell you a little about myself. Almost 5 years ago I had a complete Hysterectomy. Almost 2 years ago I quit smoking. And now Age is setting in as well. I've put on close to 50 pounds. I've only lost 26 of it. I try to walk 5 miles a day. I love to walk. I can't seem to get it thru my head though that I need to eat better. I think as long as I walk...I can eat. I also struggle with what type of exercises I can do to help with the apple figure I have. I am really hoping to keep track of my calories on a daily basis. I'm also hoping to do my best to try and stay in a 1200 calorie diet. I'm hoping I can achieve some more weight loss and hopefully my fellow team members can send me some strength and guidance.
