I'm a SAHM of a teenager and a toddler trying to lose 50 lbs. I can't seem to find face to face weight loss meetings that work with our family schedule, so I'm giving this a try. Anything to help me commit to working out every day, stopping that endless evening graze, and letting go of the sweets. I need more energy and want to get back in shape.
