Hi! Welcome! I know what it's like to gain a lot of weight in one year. I gained 20 pounds last year for lots of reasons and I too am going to shed them.
I don't think you can drink too much water- but the 8 glasses a day SP recommends is probably plenty. Make healthy choices and don't stress about numbers fluctuating. Maybe your body is finally hydrated.
I think your March anniversary date is a great motivating event! I also noticed that you didn't say you were going to try to lose all 20 pounds by then and that is smart too. Good luck reaching your goals!
Well....You all know what happens when you fall in love?....you usually gain weight. Ive gain 20lbs in one year! My aniversery is 3/17, we are going to Mexico...I want to be back down as far as I can.
I am on my 4th day of 1200 calorie diet. Ive gained one lb? Currently im 144lbs at 5ft2 and I am 34%fat according to my home scale,,,owch! Any advise? Im drinking only water, approx 60oz a day....maybe Im drinking way too much water?
