Hello All, I am in the military full time and have desperatly needed to lose weight for couple years, and i was told about this site. So, here i go, off and running full speed ahead. I have always been perty fit, but could never get the scale to budge or lose this belly thing. I started the Insanity workout 4 weeks ago, and just joined here this week to help track it and watch what i eat more. I have 2 children and one more due in August. My goal is to lose 55lbs before my new child is born. At 239 this morning, and want to get down to 185. I will continue the Insanity throughout this journey, and will add in running at night in a couple weeks. With these goals in mind, I will be the fittest and smallest i have been in 15 years. To lose 55 pounds, i need to lose 2 pounds a week, which i know is safge and possible, i just have to keep at it. I know i will have some bad weeks, and that where i hope this message board will keep me going. Looking forward to this journey and cant wait to reach goals. Goal number 1 is 230 by February 1st.
