I am really looking forward to staying the coarse.. Through the years the weigh has come and gone, but lately it is coming on fast. I feel I have a hefty goal, no pun intended to lose 37 pounds, but just know the SparkPeople program will help. Discipline, Control of snacks of chocolate, chips etc. are key for me.
