I am 180 wanting to be 160 by Feb. 16. This will help motivate me and keep me accountable. I have a positive competetive bet going with my friend to see who can get the closest to losing 20 lbs. We are going on a cruise together with 4 other "skinny/healthy" girls. We want to feel confident and pose in pictures with them without feeling HUGE. I am looking forward to reading motivating, inspirational posts from all of you!
