I just discovered this site (had never heard of it!) and bought the book on my kindle. i am extremely new to sparkpeople and excited to have a one-stop shop that seems to serve all of my needs -- physical and motivational! I'm supposed to be on this until next Oct in order to reach my goal weight, and my main goal is to stick with it. Also, my husband and I are foodies and since we've been together, I've gained 35 lbs, which I'm focused on losing for good this year. I would love any foodie-fit tips, recipes, and help for keeping marital harmony while putting my nutritional/health needs first.
