Hello, I'm 27 years old and I have always struggled with my weight. Recently I have let myself gain to my highest weight 180. I've decided not to wait for the new year. I don't want to start the new year at this weight, so I've already lost 2 lbs. Knowing my past with dieting, I decided to join this site and also I purchased 100 Days of Weight Loss by Linda Spangle. It is a book that lets you choice your diet but gives you motivation on the way. I have probably tried every diet out there at one point or another; my biggest issue is not the diet I choice it is ME! I need to keep myself motivated. I am praying this site and community can help me do this.
