For a first post, you picked a slow board...not a lot of activity here, I only check it every couple of weeks. Just warning you. You may not see to replies here.
You have come the right place. This site really teaches us what it is to lose weight and feel better. If you like the social aspect, that abounds here as well. Best advice I can give you is to be honest with yourself and log all of your meals. It can really put it in perspective. You do not have to starve yourself with this plan, they actually encourage to eat, but to eat the right things in the right portions. And one last note, do not get discouraged when you do not lose 50 pounds in the first month, fast weight loss is not sustainable weight loss. This is definitely a journey, not a race.
