Nice goals all, thanks for posting!
Short term goal- continue to get 4-5 workout sessions a week throughout December, CrossFit, Swimming, Running, Hiking and eat mostly clean.
Medium Goal- Keep pregnancy weight gain to 25-30lbs total. Due in March.
Long Goal- Train to be ready for Tough Mudder June 2012
