I started the Isagenix program last month, and I just stared working out last week with zumba classes 3 -4 times a week. So far so good. It seems to me that I only lose weight on cleanse days, and on shake days I start gaining the weight back! Is this happening with any of you? I just started the zumba last week so I am going to see if that makes a difference. Thanks for any feedback.
