Well, I just joined Spark People with the hope that I can finally do something about my health. I'm 20, and I have a little over 50 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight, and I'm hoping that support from groups like this will help me get there! I've started going to zumba recently, and I can already tell how much better I feel! I guess I should say a bit about me - I'm a junior in college, hoping to go to medical school someday. I've struggled with my weight for so long, and I am tired of it! It's really been the main contributor to my depression, eating disorder, and addiction to diet pills. I'm proud to say that through therapy, I've been able to overcome all three, though I still feel I need to live a healthy lifestyle to be truly happy. So here I am! I'm ready to finally be the best version of me.
