Hi everyone: I'm very new to SparkPeople, almost through with my first week. I'm starting at 338, struggling with Diabetes, Depression, Sleep Apnea, and Hypothyroid. Needless to say, a long way to go. I'm having a lot of trouble with the food issues, but I'm happy that I've logged in every day this week. I'm hoping that sticking with that habit will help me get on board with other habits as well. Thanks so much, Ronnie
