My name is Rocquelyn. Everyone calls me Rocki. The reason that I joined Sparks People is because I need help and support. In the past few weeks i have been working out really hard and I have lost 11 pounds. I can feel and see the changes. Lately, I have put on a pound in a matter of a day. This is very discouraging. I am now loosing the will to continue working out and eating right. I welcome any tips, tricks, suggestions. I do not understand why I am gaining weight when I am eating less then 1800 calories a day and working out for at least 1 to 4 hours a day. PLEASE HELP!!
