Hi everyone! After a lifetime of unhealthy eating habbits, I've come here hoping for motivation and encouragement to be healthy! I'm 26, been married for almost a year, and i'm hoping to lose 40 pounds. I've set short term goals for myself, ten pounds down by November first. Today is my first full day on Spark and I've been doing pretty good with tracking what I eat (which, honestly, is usually not something I enjoy doing). I'm also going to walk 30 minutes every night.
I do have a couple questions, hopefully someone can help...thanks in advance!
1. I've got the Spark app on my iPhone and have been tracking all day that way, but when I logged on using my laptop, it did not sync. How do I get it to sync?
2. How do I get a weight-loss counter in my signature block?
