Congratulations on your big loss already! You've already proven that you have what it takes to do what it takes to reach your goal.
I understand so well being too busy to find time to exercise.... when I started my spark journey, I was working full-time with new responsibilities, had another part-time job (doing all of the accounting for our family business), was in grad school, while also trying to be a good wife and mother. It definitely isn't easy. I ended up giving up the tiny bit of social time that I had several days a week and found a new social life at the gym, which was even more fun than the online chatting and phone chatting that I was doing.
I encourage you to examine your schedule closely to see where you can rearrange things. Try to find a friend who will meet you at the gym, but don't wait for it to work out for them. If it isn't easy to coordinate a gym date with a friend, go alone with the right attitude to have fun regardless!
In the interim as your finding ways to reorganize your schedule, be sure to use the nutrition tracker faithfully to record every morsel of food that goes in, and be sure to measure your portions (even if you have to eye-ball it, SP has a great page that gives approximate portions size, such as the size of a ping pong ball, the size of your hand, etc. I wish that I had the link handy, but if you look, you'll find it.) You'll start losing weight with healthy adjustments in your eating habits, and then you'll really see progress when you add gym activities!
Good luck!
