I feel the same way. If i have other people who are going through a similar life changing process maybe i'll actually stick to it this time. I seem to get motivated for a while and then fall off a cliff. This time is going to be different!
My exercise plan for today is walking 30 minutes on treadmill. Couch to 5k tomorrow.
