I just picked up The Spark book from Borders. I have tried just about everything to lose weight and it seems to be a losing battle esp after menopause. But, I'm not a quitter and I didn't grow up heavy- just creeped up over the years, So, I will give this program a try and see what happens. My apparent obstacles are lack of sleep, emotional eating, and dependency on sweets to boost my energy and morale. I have never looked into online support, but am willing to share my journey . My goal is to lose weight and be the person that reflects who I really am.
