Hi,
Just wanted to say that I've never really last more than two weeks on a diet and I'm finding the message boards, blogging and all the articles so helpful. Even if I'm feeling a little doubtful, I just get on this website and read something, or write something and I've been amazed at the supportive response from people!
So, I'm thinking this could be the one for me and I'm sure it could be the one for you too!
Good luck - and keep updating how things are going. It's nice to hear how other people are doing.

Good For You! You are on the right track. I too have tried every known and some not so well known diet programs.
SP is the Right Program. So, Along with the book the SPARK, take advantage of the bonus materials that are mentioned in the book and the articles that are available to you online.

As you go through the book and apply the suggestions for each chapter you will begin to make amazing discoveries about yourself. This is the right tool at the right time. You will succeed!

You Can and Will reach your goal to lose the weight and be the person that reflects who YOU really are. Welcome! And Please share your progress! We are all here for You!

I just picked up The Spark book from Borders. I have tried just about everything to lose weight and it seems to be a losing battle esp after menopause. But, I'm not a quitter and I didn't grow up heavy- just creeped up over the years, So, I will give this program a try and see what happens. My apparent obstacles are lack of sleep, emotional eating, and dependency on sweets to boost my energy and morale. I have never looked into online support, but am willing to share my journey . My goal is to lose weight and be the person that reflects who I really am.
