I like to call it "healthy eating." I totally agree with you -- "weight control" can be a sore subject, and "diet" implies that some day you''ll return to the unhealthy ways that added the weight to start with. It's a frame of mind. Hi, I am actually tired of this whole subject of weight control. I have struggled from the time I was a toddler. I am on this website to seek encouragement and accountability from others. I have a strong faith in God and believe that He is in control of most everything in my life. I just have not been able to totally trust and believe Him in this one area. I am not really wanting to lose much more than 15 lbs. I love to exercise, but eating I love also.
