Thanks for the intro! I can relate, and also know that you can do it!!! Sometimes the small number of pounds at the end is the hardest, but having a reasonable timeframe will help you be successful! A pound a week is do-able and needs to be seen as progress in the right direction. A pound is a deficit of 500 calories a day from what you're doing now. A 500 calorie reduction isn't much for most. You can do it!!!
