You CAN do it. You're close to the size I was when I started the Spark journey and I was much older with an aging metabolism. If I could do it, I'm convinced that anyone can with the Spark Plan!
I'm also a leader for the "Living in 120ville" Spark Team. Some people join the team early as they set their goals on the 120s and other people wait until the goal is in short sight. We'd love to have us join us whenever you're ready!

I am a thirty-something working-mother trying to juggle career, family and food issues, all while trying to fit into my skinny jeans. At my thinnest point, I weighed 123 lbs, now, 6 years and 1 child later, I am around 155 lbs. I would love to reach the 130s again but my ultimate goal is 125-130. My biggest challenge now is to find the motivation to actually do it.
