Welcome to Spark People and to the SP Class of September 4-10, 2011 (Labor Day Week )! Reaching goals and getting healthy is what our group is all about. Participating in team discussion threads is a great way to meet others and find your "personal encourager network." We're in this together!

I'll be cheering you on as you move toward your 50# goal for the year -- what a good a realistic one. A pound a week is extremely attainable and only require small steps at a time to see the progress you need!

I am setting myself a goal to lose 50 lbs in a year. I want to be in great health and physically fit. I have gone through a divorce fairly recently and have a new wonderful man in my life. I also have my first grandchild on the way. I want to be fit and healthy so that I can live a long, happy, fun filled life together with the people that I love. This is a goal for my new beginning!
