I am 28 years old and a mother to a almost 3 mos old and a year in a half old. After having two babies in two years I knew that I had gained weight, but one night I was looking in the mirror after my shower and realized just how much weight it was. I am trying to lose it and keep it off anyone that has any thing that might help motivate and make me stick to it I would more than welcome your words. Thanks
