I totally agree that baby steps are the way to go.
Remember that Rome wasn't built in a day and we didn't get in the shape we're in overnight either.
Keep that SPark alive, one bit, one bite, one step at a time and most of all never quit and always remember that

Kaitlin you are right, sometimes sometimes it is the simplest choices that can cause the biggest hurdles or challenges.
For me I tend to go heavy and over do my workouts and then I burn out. I am trying to go smaller at first instead of guns blazing where I use up all my fire and can't keep going.

Kaitlin, You're so wise to commit to simple changes and ultimately get healthy. One of your classmates posted earlier, "One bite at a time, one step at a time, one day at a time." I truly believe that that simple approach will be the key to your success.
I KNOW you can!

My name is Kaitlin. I'm a 21 year old girl living in NYC. I let my lifestyle get away from me in & after college, and now I am ready to lose the weight and get a healthy perspective on my life, and I'm going to have fun the entire time! I want to lose around 80 lbs. ultimately, but I'm just trying to take it one day at a time now, and make the choices to alter my daily food decisions. Seems like the simplest choices are sometimes the hardest! That's why I joined this amazing community to help me do it. Can't wait to read all your stories & tips!
