hello, this is my 2nd sparkpeople account...i gave up the first time ::shame:: but i finally got the pluck up to try again.
i want to do the 30-day shred dvd all through sept into october. i've never been a skinny girl, but over the past 3 or 4 years i've ballooned to (gulp) almost 200 lbs! i'm at 197 and have never been bigger. i didnt realize i had let myself go this much (i'm lucky enough that the weight distributed itself quite evenly, so it LOOKS like i'm about 170...still not good!), and i'm really wanting to get back to a more healthy weight.
i need some MAJOR support from my sparkteam (i dont have much support IRL) to stay motivated. so please, any comments on the blog (i'll be tracking my daily workout there) or my page or in the forum would be SO appreciated!
