Great advice. Thanks.
Just keep swimming.
Awesome! You are an inspiration!!
.... (1) I needed to jumpstart my motivation to lose, (2) I needed tools to hold myself accountable to the commitment, and (3) I needed a supportive community to help me through my journey, though I didn't realize how much I needed the community when I joined. As you get started on your journey, remember that this site can be overwhelming, so take it easy and take it one step at a time. Taking baby steps is often the best ways to long-term success.
Early in my process, I created a SPark page. THAT proved to be a great thing for me as it gave me a location to organize my thoughts and introduce myself to the SPark community. I encourage you to create one, too! Go to your start page www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/s
asp to review some of the SPark tools. There you should find a link to get started with your own Spark page.
To visit my page, go to www.sparkpeople.com/mypage.asp?id=F
