I plan on spending the majority of the month AF (alcohol-free) and eating as clean as possible. I don't want to weigh myself because the way my jeans are fitting are enough to knock me off my game. I'll measure weight loss by clothing size as we go.

So I already posted these in my blog but I'll put them here as well so I can update daily:

1) Track every bite of food and every calorie.
2) Read four books this month.
3) Write/type up at least one page of fiction/fanfiction a day.
4) Work out up to 6 times a week. Take 1 to 2 rest days every week.

So I've been slow this week to keep up but I'm trying. Number 2 is already done. I haven't done the fanfiction/fiction one this weekend because I was in PA. And Numbers 1 and 4 have been lacking for the last week but I'm hoping to catch up today and list everything I can.

I'm going to try to pick this up again. Last week was really bad.

1) Track all my nutrition. So far today, yes.

2) Drink six cups of water a day. Not yet today.

3) Read for 30 minutes a day. No, I'm at work.

4) Work out at least 15 minutes outside of my usual walks per day. When I get home, yes. I started Month 2 of Insanity this week.

1) Track all my nutrition. Not yet today but mostly yes.

2) Drink six cups of water a day. I've been all over the place with this. Most days though I have gotten in 6.

3) Read for 30 minutes a day. Yes pretty much. I think I read about 4 this month, maybe 5.

4) Work out at least 15 minutes outside of my usual walks per day. Yes. Ever since we started Insanity. We're currently on Week 4, woohoo!

Gonna keep the same goals for March since Feb was hectic!

1) Track all my nutrition. Yesterday yes. Today so far as well.

2) Drink six cups of water a day. I got six in yesterday.

3) Read for 30 minutes a day. Yes, I finished a book yesterday. Started a new one last night. Gotta make a dent in my piles of checked out library books, lol!

4) Work out at least 15 minutes outside of my usual walks per day. Monday yes. Not yesterday. Hopefully today.

Does this mean I need new goals? Can I use the same goals from last month?? emoticon

1) Track all my nutrition. Yes. For yesterday and today since I didn't update yesterday. Although it seems to be tough to do it at work so I've been trying to update at home and stuff which is a bit tougher for me. Once I get home at night I rarely hop on the computer. And I have so little time to use the comp in the morning because I have to take care of Tucker's needs and then try to work out and get ready to head to work.

2) Drink six cups of water a day. I got four the day before yesterday and 6 yesterday. Today I probably will not get six in. I'll be lucky to get two in. I'm at the main branch for a training and I am uncomfortable here so I'd rather not have a need to use a bathroom here or even really leave this room until I have to leave for the day.

3) Read for 30 minutes a day. YES. The day before yesterday I started and finished a book pretty much in one day. Yesterday I started a book and am a little more than halfway through it today.

4) Work out at least 15 minutes outside of my usual walks per day. Yesterday yes. I did two NTC workouts. Today I knew I wouldn't have time at all (seeing as how I have a longer travel time to get to Central) so I just lengthened my dog walk but no actual workout vid today. Maybe when I get home if I have a chance.

1) Track all my nutrition. Yes for the weekend. I was in or around my calories counts going by the numbers. I ate out for one meal and it was a diner breakfast on Saturday.

2) Drink six cups of water a day. I may have gotten a max of four on both days over the weekend. Am on two so far for today.

3) Read for 30 minutes a day. Not at all. It was a busy weekend for fitness and hanging with my dog! Priorities, folks. Priorities, lol. emoticon

4) Work out at least 15 minutes outside of my usual walks per day. I took a 60 min walk with the dog (not a usual walk for me on most days) on Saturday and then I did 30 mins of Level 2 from JM's Shed and Shred before my pup just started to REALLY freak out about me hanging out on the floor with him on Sunday.

1) Track all my nutrition. Yes and yes for today also. I have only made it through breakfast though, no lunch yet today.

2) Drink six cups of water a day. I got only 5 in yesterday.

3) Read for 30 minutes a day. Kinda. I read a little bit but then I started to set up for this morning so that fell to the wayside.

4) Work out at least 15 minutes outside of my usual walks per day. I did half of JM's BFBM so about 30 mins. I have no time in the morning for anything more when I'm a 9:45am shift.

) Track all my nutrition. Yah for yesterday and I stayed within my numbers! I'm really proud of myself because I haven't been cooking so I know my guy has been getting by on leftovers and small stuff so I offered to buy him dinner out yesterday. We went to McDonalds and I ordered a small order of fries and a hot fudge sundae. I only ate the fries and went home and had soup. Sundae is in the freezer for another day! Yay!

2) Drink six cups of water a day. I got 7 in yesterday!

3) Read for 30 minutes a day. No, booooo. I made an effort but about two pages in I was suddenly sleepy. It was also 11pm though, lol.

4) Work out at least 15 minutes outside of my usual walks per day. I did only 20 mins of an NTC workout because I ran out of time. Also took a 40 min walk on a 9:45 work morning which is WHY I ran out of time in the end. Maybe after work I'll finish the workout or just do a JM video. We'll see!

1) Track all my nutrition. I did this yesterday (stayed within calories!) and today so far. Since my guy made his chicken vegetable soup, I will be having that this whole week for dinner, woohoo!

2) Drink six cups of water a day. Yep! Six yesterday, none yet today.

3) Read for 30 minutes a day. Yes. I finished a Dessen book yesterday and devoured more than half of Janet Evanovich's One For the Money. Gonna try to finish it today.

4) Work out at least 15 minutes outside of my usual walks per day. Yep, had a walk with my dog yesterday in the snow (he loooooooves snow!) and then did a new circuit training workout yesterday. Then this morning I did another walk with my dog, did the same circuit training workout and then the 15 minute walk to the bus in the snow/slush. Good cardio!

I've been pretty bad with this because I was stressing out over my guy's family coming from PR and all the drama that has happened since. And then when I have been at work, I've been catching up with technology issues and computers going down and stuff.

SO. Let me start off today again and try to keep up.

1) Track all my nutrition. I have done this today so far and am going well so far.

2) Drink six cups of water a day. I have four down so far and have refilled my water bottle which is another four. If I can get it down, I can get in 8!

3) Read for 30 minutes a day. Nooooo. I've been so busy I haven't had a chance at all today or the last few days.

4) Work out at least 15 minutes outside of my usual walks per day. Yup, 30 mins NTC this morning!

1) Track all my nutrition. I did it Saturday but not yesterday. Had a very rushed day and it was my only free day of the week. emoticon

2) Drink six cups of water a day. I got about three, I think!

3) Read for 30 minutes a day. Yup, took my book with me on my errands. Finished it and am currently reading Erin Morgenstern's The Night Circus.

4) Work out at least 15 minutes outside of my usual walks per day. I caught up with my vids this morning and did a 45 minute walk with Tucker in the morning because it was nicer out!

1) Track all my nutrition. Yesterday I did and went over by a small slice of pizza, LOL! Today I had McDonalds for breakfast since I ran out of time but I got healthy stuff! Fruit and Walnut Salad for a snack, Maple Oatmeal for breakfast and a coffee. Plus a banana and a pear for more snacking.

2) Drink six cups of water a day. I got a max of three yesterday. Nothing yet today. Still nursing my coffee.

3) Read for 30 minutes a day. No to yesterday. There was a lot of stress at work and I usually read on the return desk when there's time but yesterday I just couldn't focus with all the stress going on.

4) Work out at least 15 minutes outside of my usual walks per day. Nothing outside my usual walks, not even the Jumpstart videos. I'm two behind now. But hopefully when I get home because I need to get rid of this stress!!

I'm trying! I really am! I want to look great for this cruise, see if I can get a tan in the middle of winter so I don't crave spring, summer and then fall as much as I currently am! I just want to make it to March so it can get warmer!

1) Track all my nutrition. Yesterday I did and so far today as well. Although yesterday I went completely over.

2) Drink six cups of water a day. I barely got one in yesterday.

3) Read for 30 minutes a day. Yes. I was in the mood for an easy read so I have a Sarah Dessen book I'm carrying around. I read on the return desk in between checking in books and packing cases to go out!

4) Work out at least 15 minutes outside of my usual walks per day. Yah! It seems that I have been burning more calories on that silly 15 minute walk to the bus stop than I thought. I never even considered it real cardio but wow, if I can burn 100 calories instead of 37 on a walk, I'll gladly take it!

3) Read for 30 minutes a day. Yep. I have a book that I read at work and a book set aside at home too. So I always have something to read, lol.

2) Drink six cups of water a day. I got up to 4 yesterday. Gonna try to do better today.

3) Read for 30 minutes a day. I got maybe twenty minutes in yesterday. None yet so far today.

4) Work out at least 15 minutes outside of my usual walks per day. Yesterday I got 15 minutes in and this morning I did the first two videos of the Jumpstart Challenge.
