I'm getting back on track too. I started being grain free after the holidays. I did well for 3 wks then fell of the wagon big time for 2 wks. I feel so much better when I stick to the program. Hopefully I'll be able to stick to it better this time around just bc I feel better on it. Hope you are back on track too.
One day at a time.
After several months of floundering and eating poorly I am trying to get back on track. Over the holidays I gained 10 pounds and have tried several plans with no success. I am back to doing what I know works best and is the healthiest way for me to eat as well.
