My goals and rewards:

GOALS:

1) More prayer and quiet time with the Lord, including devotionals which I've been slack in.

2) Log into Spark People daily and record my weight

3) Track my food choices at least 5 out of 7 days each week.

4. Take my medications everyday. I take a good many including coumadin, lasix, lisinopril, plaquenil and prednisone because I have lupus, sjogrens and have had a previous stroke and blood clots in my lungs.

5. Try to get in 5 min. of walking.....inside or out.

6. Pickup around the house daily -- do something however little it is.

REWARDS:

My reward will be weight loss, renewed energy and hopefully getting the junk cleaned out of my den which has turned into our big room of junk (stuff nobody wants in their room!).

Now, I'm gonna get to the second half of my post ... told my household that supper wouldn't be served until they let me get a crack at the computer to post at least one thread on Sparks. It worked! Maybe I should say this every day!

Reward:
Spiritual goals: Sticker my Kitchen Calendar for a Great Day!
Emotional: Sit & do a home pedicure for a perfect week
Physical: Extra $2 for a perfect day and new book/magazine for a perfect week
Financial: Dump 1/2 the extra savings on the loan, the rest into my FJ40 restoration fund.

New craft / scrapbooking supply for every 5 lbs lost
A shopping trip to LaSenza for losing 15 lbs

And as I promised myself on my blog today, if I got my rewards posted to my Team thread, I"d get a TIM HORTON's coffee (no donut!) before work tomorrow!!!

Missed my computer time last night ... too many "men" in my house jockeying for position on it!

Anyways, I like the line: "A goal not written down is just a wish ..." So:

1. MAKE time for "Coffee w/my Lord" (devotions)
2. GRATITUDE Attitude: 3 good things found in my day - there is beauty in valleys, too!
3. DRINK more fluids: try for 10 cups a day
4. MOVE 5 days a week, include strength training
5. REST. There needs to be balance to being busy
6. NUTRITIONAL eating. Stay in Nutritional range of Spark recommendations
7. SPARKS: make time daily-check in & track; post at least 3x per week - stay accountable
8. SLEEP: aim for 7 hours of sleep; 8 is bonus
9. READ: Boundaries in Marriage - make myself grow & learn
10. SAVE: at least a $ a day
Simple things, but attainable. emoticon

My goals are so simple, but I need to get back on track.

1. At least 4 cups of water
2. Record all food
3. Walk/Jog 10 miles per week
4. Read Bible daily
5. Continue with FlyLady plan

Rewards
QUIT at 8:00 pm & do what I want to do...read, computer games, movie, TV, garden, etc.

That is the only reward I want, just to say "I've done enough today & now is my time."

Everything will work on a point system for me. Here's the meat and potatoes without the points.

Goals:
1. Read my portion of Bible study
2. Workout
3. Calories lower than 2000 (daily)
4. Carbs
5. Protein at or above 60g per day
6. Sleep 7 or more hours in 24 hours, 5x a week
7. MAJOR GOAL: Loose 10 lbs in 60 days
8. Every 15 days /25% get 150 points in that period

Rewards:
- Do my own nails
- Get something that smells nice
- Something from iTunes
- A plant or flowers
- A movie ticket
- Buy myself something small that I want
- Nice underwear
- Go dancing
- Get a new makeup pallet
- Go rock climbing
- If I reach the 10 pounds lost mark - highlights for my hair!!!

Goals for week one
Water (6-8 cups) -
30+ min fitness 4 - 5x week
I will try to get back to tracking food, however I will be a way without computer access so I will at least write everything I eat down!

I am doing a Beth Moore Bible study so this will be 30 - 60 minutes a day

On a ten point day I will read some (relaxation I need)
Computer game
Scrapbooking - pictures printed

Week day goals
1. Track daily
2. Everything in range
3. Fly lady daily bessing
4. 15 minute decluttering basement
5. 30 minutes walk daily + strength training 3 days
6. Bible reading
7. PrayerJournal done
8. 15 minutes working in garden
9. Get 8 hour sleep
10. No white sugar - only fruit sweets
goal 45 points per week

Weekend goals
1. Track daily

2. Bible Study completed b4 computer time
3. Cardio 30 min or more 5 x's a week
4. Strength Training 3 x's a week
5. Have a calorie deferential of -200 or more 6 out of 7 days a week
6. Protein at or above 60 all week
7. Fiber 30 or above all week
8. 7- 9 hours of sleep 5 out of 7 days a week
9. Keeping my sodium below 2300
