Okay, I took my family to the 1/4-mile track on Sunday (6-5) the children did great but it seems like it takes a lot of walking to BURN more than 100 calories but I found the walking has been toning up the backside!
Was off on the following Monday and my son and I walked the track this time 3 laps instead of yesterday's 2 while husband sipped his Dunkin Donut coffee! Got to love him!
