Those are great goals. We can never really spend enough time with our children no matter what we do. Trying to play with him more often is great, he will really appreciate that. I try to do a lot with my girls, sometimes I am too tired. My girls are close in age, but they don't really play together at home. If we are out some where they will play and get on my nerves, but at home they can't seem to play together unless I am playing with them.
I want to get out side with them and ride bikes, jump on the trampoline, etc... but I am a very plus size woman and sometimes I think that I am just too big to be riding a bike or jumping on their trampoline.
My other goal is to get my eating habits in check. I eat vegetables etc, but I don't exercise, which is the key to it all. I need to walk more, excercise more, I have a treadmill, tapes etc, but it doesn't interest me.
Let's get motivated together, I could really use the help.
I have a few goals to accomplish. The first of which is to spend more quality time with my son. We like to cuddle while watching tv but I want to take some of the time we spend on tv and play together more. Sometimes it is difficult for me to enjoy playing cars with my son but that is his favorite thing at the moment. I need to learn to sit down and really enjoy every minute I spend with him.
Another goal of mine is to get my eating habits under control. I would like to drive past a fast food joint without thinking how much better it would be to eat out rather than cook my own meals.
Lastly I would like to take my wonderful dog for a walk on a more regular basis.
Lets discuss out daily goas and aspirations.
Everyday I thank God for my children, my goals are to spend as much time with them as I possibly can and cherish every moment, even the moments that make you sad, angry or mad, but especially the moments that make you happy, joyful, proud and smile.
My daughters are 10 and 12. (She was only a few days short of her 9th birthday and now he is 12). She turned twelve Jan. 4. OH HOW WONDERFUL THAT WAS TO SEE HER TURN 12, OH WHAT JOY.
