I'm 5'0. I seen the book in the bookstore today. Then there is a thread for it on this team. I guess what I seen in this book is basically calorie cycling. 1100, 1100, 1600 calories. You keep doing that every 3 days. I'm not sure if I'd want to spend the money on it. I do believe I don't need as many calories as someone over 5'4. I know if I have 1200 calories I lose. Also, what I didn't like it was high protein. I guess maybe keep doing what I have been doing. LOL
