I hear you. Same challenges here and similar scenario!! After dinner at night watching TV is the worst!! (especially while watching all the cooking shows!!) What I've been doing is if I want chips or need a salty/crunchy fix , I go for the Special K cracker chips, Riceworks, Stacys or Popchips or popcorn. When I feel like having ice cream - I have a bowl of cereal or yogurt. There are so many yogurt flavors, especially in desert flavors these days, its amazing!! Try different things!! Hang in there!!!!! You got this!

Im joining for the 3rd time. I suffer with arhtritis and depression. I love healthy foods but also crave junk foods. Haven't met many foods I don't like. I gained 10 pounds over the winter months eating what my kids eat and staying inside during bad weather. Quite the bummer as I had been the same weight for almost ten years and was not satisfied but comfortable with it. Staying on track is quite the challenge especially at night when I'm used to having a sweet snack before bed.
