Hi MRSNEHL - Glad you came back. emoticon I found that if I hurt too bad I am pushing too hard. Try not to stop working out. Only cut back on the intensity. And drink lots of water. Stay with us.

My name is Mona and I'm ready to start this workout again. I did it already for a week, but stopped because I was hurting sooo bad, but after some research and tweeking a few things I BELIEVE I can do it and finish it.
