Hello. Yesterday I completed day 2 of S90, and it's kicking my bootie! I am glad I found this group. I'm a mom of a 2yo and an 8yo. My goal is to get the muffin top off so that I can fit into my clothes again! This feels like it will do the job. I've had to alternate some because of bad knees (I can't jump without major pain). With jumping jacks and such, I just do the aerobic side to side move touching toe to opposite heel. As I progress, I'm hoping by the end that I can jump again without pain. Glad to be here!

Hello everyone, Stacy here! I started this yesterday. My chest is killing me today, feeling the burn emoticon I never stick to exercising so I thought having a schedule to follow would help. My boyfriend has completed P90x and is now almost finished with Insanity, neither of which I am up to doing at this point!

Anyone else having to alter the exercises due to bad knees?

Hi Everyone - My name is Karen and it's my second time around with the DVDs. I started the first time around May 2012 but hurt my shoulder and quit. Now I'm back at it and plan to complete the first 90 days and do it all over again. I am still trying to figure out how to add the workouts in time/reps, but until then I will put it under cardio.

So glad I found this group and am hoping that this is what I need to 'get the lead out'.

I am new and am planning to start this over the weekend. This seems like a bad time to start with the holidays but I just can't wait any longer. I have a 15 month old daughter and haven't lost the baby weight yet, or even started to be honest. I can't wait to get moving. I've always felt better when I exercised (more energy, not so tired). I've just been procrastinating and putting it off. Glad to be here!

Hi, I'm Jenn in north Georgia. I just started S90 today and like it so far.

I've done Body for Life in the past, and a friend recommended P90X to me, but when I looked at it, it was just a little too advanced for me. S90 looks like a good place for me to start since I have been exercising at least intermittently. Looking forward to being consistent for 90 days, though not sure how I'll handle a couple out of town trips I have coming up this month and in June. We'll see.

TINKI_DRAGONFLY- don't sell yourself short! Just do what you can. Tom lets you know continuously throughout the videos that it's ok if you aren't going as fast or doing as much as the people in the videos. You need to start somewhere and then you'll see results and see your body get stronger and as the weeks pass you'll be able to do more.

Hi everyone!
My name is Ally, I'm 25 years old from central NY.

I just started Supreme 90 Day this week! So far I've done chest and back and then today I did Ultimate Ball for the first time! Loving the dvds so far. I'm going to be going a little off schedule than what is suggested with the dvds, Im trying to make two rest day (Friday and Saturday) and double up another day during the week, we'll see how it goes.

I'm currently training for the Spartan Sprint with my fiance. We'll be running the Spartan in June so Im hoping this will be good prep. On top of these videos I'm currently doing the c25k program, so I'm running at least 3 times a week and I go to about 4 intermediate hatha yoga classes a week.

I'm stoked to get a new challenge and see some changes to my body. =-D

Goals and Rewards:

Just got my program this weekend. Way too sore/tired to workout after working on my yard for 4 hrs Sunday so I skimmed the 1st 3 videos...and I'm not sure I'm fit enough to do this. Anyone have any experience modifying the workouts? I guess just do what I can and take breaks when I need to, jump back in when I'm able? They just look so freaking intense. Guess we'll try a few and see how it goes.

I just found this team and am thrilled it exists! I really like the Supreme 90 day workout series, although I tend to do the ultimate ball, cardio challenge and total body workouts most often. I got it about 4 months ago and it keeps being the one I reach for. I switch them up with quite a few other DVDs like Cathe Friedrick,Power Yoga, Voight, P90X and Insanity workouts. I like supreme the best as a set as I can almost always fit in 30 minutes. Has anyone listed out all the reps and sets of any of the workouts yet??? I have been entering them as cardio but have to figure out and save the exact workouts at some point to track them exactly right. This is hard since it is time (interval) based more than a set # of reps.
Anyway, I am pleased to join this team. Doing ultimate ball today after a long road trip back home and too many hours in the car today! Cheers, emoticon

It is what I do from this minute on that decides the future and my progress. Concentrate on little steps forward and don't focus on the backward ones. Keep going forward and looking up! WE have been there, WE all can do this!

Hi everybody! I got the Supreme 90 series in May with big plans for the summer break. But alas, I broke my foot and it took 3 months to heal. So I've just been doing it for a couple weeks. So far, it's awesome! I don't think I've ever worked out so hard in my life. I lost 5 lbs the first week! I'm psyched! I've been following the eating plan and the workout calendar. I can't do the water the way it says, or I'm in the bathroom all dang day at work, but I wind up getting 8-10 cups of water a day. I also walk 4 - 5 days a week about 2 - 3 miles a day, and I do Curves with Zumba a couple days a week. So at this rate, I should be at my goal in no time!
No one else has ever heard of Supreme 90, so I'm so glad I found this group. This is why I LOVE sparkpeople. I can't wait to compare notes, and get suggestions and helpful hints from everybody!

Hi Everyone! I am on day 10 of Supreme 90 and sdo far am loving it! I have not lost any weight so far, but do feel a difference in my arms and abs. I have been trying to lose weight and nothing has been working. I recently put on about 10lbs in a month (with no changes in diet or exercise) and can;t get the dang weight off again! I am counting calories, workin out, drinkin lots of water, usin Visalus as meal replacements, and havn't lost a single pound! So any other sugestions would be great!

Hi...I'm new to the team and just bought my copy at bed, bath& beyond (w/ 20% off). . I was considering the P90X but this seems to be more affordable and sounds to be effective. I am looking forward to starting this in the next few days. I have a Olympic distance Tri this weekend and am suppose to be taper down the exercise to prepare for it. My plan is to change up my exercises from Swim, Bike,Run to this program. I need a break from the Tri training for a while.

Looking forward to being involoved with others that are also doing this program.

Hi, I'm Colleen.
My husband bought S90 at the end of July for us to do together...I'm on Day 26 tonight!
I have re-activated my spark page after 2 years of non-use, primarily because I need all the motivation and support I can get to keep going! I have a tough time working out after a long day of work and a hard time getting my 3 year old to bed, but when I read FB posts and SP posts about the awesomeness of S90, I get off my rear and workout and then am so happy about it!
I haven't lost much weight, but I have toned-still wearing the same pants size, but am tighter, and more visibly toned.
Anyway, I hate exercising, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE S90!!

Hi Deborah! I believe you will like this program. I have done them all (P90X, Insanity, etc) and I think I like this one the best. If I were you, I would just follow the program as set out on the calendar that comes with the program. I have been doing it for about 2 months now, and it seems to be set up well. GOOD LUCK!!

I did P90x all the way through as well and STS as well and S90 is just as good as these two sets but what I like about S90 is their shorter workouts and they get you good!! emoticon emoticon to the team MBARJONES!!

Hi! I just discovered this program about a week ago, ordered it, and got it yesterday. I tried the tabata dvd this morning. It was good. I will start the actual program tomorrow, so my rest days fall where I want them. I have done P90X all the way through once, and have gone back to those discs over and over, and have been looking for something similar - but new, and I'm sure this is it!!

Thanks Lamoura! I am excited last night we went out and got a balance ball and some light dumbbells. So i can work up t the one's the big girls use lol. I got an email saying Supreme 90 is on its way so hopefully this week!

Hello I am Lisa and here is a little about me I am a mother of one cute teenage son who is 16.
I will be 38 this November. I am married to my husband Mike for 5 years as of April.
I gt fat I got skinny I got fatter i got skinny.... The last bout of fatness was due to extreme illness and a cyst on the sac of my heart, also had endometriotis going on at the time so it was like a triple fat whammy. I had to lose my uterus and I gained with it also.
I just purchased Supreme 90 Day from Amazon yesterday and gt a shipment notice for today.
I hope joining this team before it arrives is okay. I never done anything like this other than Jillian Micheals workouts I am not 100 percent I will be great at this but I am willing to put my all in it.
I still look pregnant my son is 16. So hope to make some friends.

Hi, I am on Day 37 of the program. I really like these videos. I have noticed a difference in my body although gradually. Mostly it seems that it is working from the inside out. I can feel the muscle tone getting better, but still have some layer of fat to get rid of. I am anxious to see what I will see for results come day 90 :)

Hi, Everyone!

I just started the Supreme 90 workout (am on Day 14) and so far, so good! The workouts are challenging enough to make me sweat and exhaust me, but not so challenging that I find I can't do most of them and thus get frustrated and quit (I was a little worried about that). My biggest strength challenge is my core as I hurt my lower back a few years ago, and every time I try to restore its strength (and get my abs to to step up to the plate!), I end up pushing myself too hard and re-injuring. Was worried about this, but so far, I've been sore but have not re-injured. However, Ultimate Ball is my ultimate nemesis! My core can't keep me on top of that thing! I've had to modify most of the core exercises, but I'm determined!

Hi all! I'm Amy & I live in Arkansas, and I am starting the S90 workouts today! I am already eating healthy, so not planning to do the nutrition plan that came with this program.

I'm Rebecca, 58 years old with 15 pounds to get rid of--But more important to me, I want to get toned--especially in my middle section and arms. As I mentioned in another thread, I sure am glad I'm not the only one having trouble with the ball.
I just finished Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30.
Sunday's will be my "rest" day. I plan on doing this until the first of August when I'll be headed out to visit grandchildren. There might be a short trip before then, but not sure.

Hey Sarah, I have the same problem with rest days, but I find that if I do a small 15-20 minute cardio workout (to give muscles a break) I will come back the next day but still feel like I have taken a break. Hope that helps.

My name is Catherine and I just completed day 14 when I found this team. I have lost about 4 pounds since starting the program and am seeing some improvements already in my strength and endurance. I am not following the meal plan exactly, mostly because I cannot afford many of the foods listed. However, I am still eating a very healthy diet and drinking lots of water. I can't wait til day 30 when I measure myself again and see how many inches I have lost...already noticing a big difference in my clothes. =)

Hi! My name is Sarah, and I'm going to start my Supreme 90 workouts today! Now when i use the ball it feels just like using a weight bench but softer lol....keep on doing it and you'll soon have no problems with the ball emoticon emoticon

This is Lisa, I bought the Supreme 90 system a few weeks ago. I started two weeks ago, but due to storms I lost power for a week, and havent' gotten back into it since I got power back. I'm going to start over Sunday night. I'm also going to try my best at doing the eating plan that came with it. My two problems so far:

-I can't do any of the ball exercises, I either fall off, or the ball rolls out from under me.
-I'm trying to think of breakfast ideas that are egg free, since I don't like eggs.

Other than those two small issues, I'm ready to go!

hello, i am on day 57 and i love it!! i am excited about my workouts and most of all they work. the time i spend is just right and the instruction is great. i can tell i have toned up, my abs are a lot stronger before i had to have someone hold my feet so i could do a sit-up no more after 40 days i could sit up alone and with a dumb bell, to me that is an accomplishment when i am done i will do another 30 day work out plan but after that i will re-do supreme 90!!!

Hey all, Jun here. At my heaviest, I was a sedentary 220 or so, that was a few years ago. Since I got serious in '09, I've cut down from around 210 to 174 or thereabouts currently. Goal is to get down to 150 to improve my power to weight ratio for mountain biking and improving my cycling climbing. Good luck to everyone! I'm on Day 32 of Supreme 90 Day right now. emoticon

I bought my dvds at BestBuy last night. Need to get weights that are the right size and get my ball up and running again. Then it's a go!

I'm planning on doing it for 90 days, just to see what happens! I did C25K, and liked having a quantifiable amount of commitment.

BTW, I'm here to "tidy up" my body, bring me down the extra pounds and inches that are making me feel lumpy. The price was right, and the time commitment (per day) was too.

I was referring to whatever workouts I decided to do next. Nothing in particular, it just depends on if something else comes out new I want, or if I'll do kettle bells, just don't know.

I'm Sandra and I live in Memphis, TN, I'm glad to join this team. I purchased supreme 90 about a month ago and have been using it for the past 3 weeks. I'm using it in the am and running in the evenings. I'm not going to committ to a full 90 days but I plan on using it weekly until I move onto something else.

OK - I must be c r a z y - but I actually ordered the supreme 90 dvds and am joining the challenge when I get them! thought about ordering them and doing them "on the sly" - then lurking here....BUT - nope - sticking my neck out and evidently at this point - following you around like a groupie...or watching all the exercising you do - and wishing I could, too!! LOLOLOL!!

I'm just going to close my eyes - forget my age and shape - and do the dvds to the best of my ability! I'm in your "fitness tornado periphery" and getting caught up in the excitement!! LOL! ;-)

I looked at the clips - and it looks like something I can do - he seems to encourage good form - and I can always go at my own pace....wow - might even take my measurements! LOL!

You are amazing!! 275 - 100 lb's - that's AWESOME!!! :-) emoticon emoticon

I wanted to make this post for new members or other members who haven't introduced themselves and don't no where to post it emoticon I would love to get to know everybody on this team that join because we all have something in common and that is.... we all have fitness goals and health goals we want to accomplish...

Hi my name is LaDelle and I am the leader of Torture chambers...I love kick boxing, strength training, power yoga, step benching, HIIT, rebounder, kettlebell training...lol the list goes on if its fitness I LOVE it emoticon I used to weigh 275 lbs over 26 years ago I have lost over 100lbs that I have kept off for good but I am still fighting with my last 30lbs. So I joined sparks and that was the best thing I ever did!! emoticon emoticon

So if you'd like to introduce yourself and say a little something to share about your self please come say hi emoticon emoticon
