Hi Everyone, I'm new to this team too. I joined SP on2/7/13 and I was so inspired by Indygirl that I decided to join this team. My goals are to control my Type 2 diabetes better by exercising and losing some weight. Lately I have been in a slump but I am determined to make a lifestyle change!

Hi I am new to the team. I am struggling massively with my weight. I need to lose just under 5 stone (70 lbs) In the last year I have put on over 42lbs and I am just getting heavier and heavier. I don't know why but I have developed binge eating problems and just cant control my eating any more. I need to somehow take back control
