Good Morning to EVERYONE.......
Hi Charitie and I am so happy to see you posted!
This is a geat team and posting is a great way to get help, be helpful, learn things, plus help yourself and others to stay upbeat and on schedule......
Don't forget to check out the chair exercise video's for people with mobility issues. I alternate them with the water aerobics classes and they help a lot.

Hi Charitie, sounds like you have your hands full. I would buy a small pedometer, and see how much you walk in a day. Then add more steps each day.

Hi Charitie! Welcome to the team. Wow, have you got a lot on your plate.
Thank you to your and your family for the farm, what hard work and long hours that is.
As far as having to run, no worries, you don't need to run here! LOL!!
I can't either plus I'm a lot heavier than you at the same height. We'll get there with some hard work and patience!

Depression is anger without the motivation.
I think depression runs rampant in society today because we are all so obsessed with making a living instead of living our lives.
Live your dreams, it's not as hard as it may seem...On your hopes you must lean...From your fears you have to wean yourself.

You'll fit in, so just start posting, ask questions we are here to help you!

Hi my name's Charitie. I've got 3 rambunctious boys ages 7,5, and 1 who keep me hopping. I work pt as my sisters lifeskills assistant I guess you can call it. I live in upstate NY in a little town that if you blink you've missed the whole thing. My husband works nights as a milker for a large local dairy and also works at his fathers farm taking care of their stock. So we don't get much time together and it sometimes seems as though I'm a married single person. I would like to loose 45 lbs, but don't seem to get the motivation or the will to actually do it. I start ok with it then loose interest quickly and have difficulty with consistancy. Id like to get to know everybody and get some help. I'm 5'7" tall and weigh 190ish lbs. I'm more active in the warmer months, I enjoy going for walks, I can't run because the screws in my leg keep me from doing that. Any advise would be helpful...have a good one!
