Hi and welcome I find that any way you can track all your foods and exercising and of course drink alot of water!

I am going to echo many of the replies already here. Using the food tracker is a GREAT place to start (and continue using if you like!) When I first started to use it, it seemed that it took me forever to get items put into there, but it gets easier and easier to use it.
Once you get food in there, you will start seeing where you can make changes at.

Man sacrifices his health in order to make money.
Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.
And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present;
The result being that he does not live in the present or the future;
he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.

Hi Alice. Welcome to the team. I don't use any oil to scramble my eggs. I use a non stick pan. It works great. You did great for breakfast. Sounds delicious. I have just oatmeal. You can cook me breakfast anytime.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life.

You don't need 2 tablespoons to cook your eggs in - is that a typo? I'm a former Weight Watcher, and they recommend a minimum of 2 teaspoons of healthy oil. You do need oil, such as olive, or canola oil so your body can absorb certain nutrients.
You can cook your eggs in 1 teaspoon oil, or even spray your pan with oil if you have an oil mister. Then, if you want a salad later, you can use olive oil on your salad, or to saute other foods, or even to roast vegetables for dinner.
You got in 3 servings of veggies - that's a great way to start the day!

For your first day you have done very well. Good for asking questions, that is how you will learn and make choices that will help you find the success you are looking for! Never look at a mistake as a failure, it is just a step to learning to make wiser choices that will take you to your goal!
Please use the orange menu bar at the top of the page and click on My Trackers and you will find My Nutrition there. You can even add your favorite foods - foods which you normally eat so you don't have to go through all of the Spark choices!
Please let us know how you continue on this journey! We are all on the same road just some of us started before others. We all have great tips to encourage one another and we are encouraged in return!
Have a great day!!
Until you added the olive oil, you were looking good for breakfast on calories at about 263 but the olive oil is 240 just by it's self. You should be able to find the foods you have listed in the tracker to calculate everything. Question, why did you use so much olive oil?

Did you put it in your nutrition tracker? That's the best way to see a breakdown of what you're eating.
