Maybe the weather has something to do with it. Seems I'm using the Pro Air more now than ever!

I really need to start walking the hills again, and walking a lot more than 30 minutes at a time. My lungs are getting really bad! I noticed I am out of breath all the time again:)

2015 is the year that I want to stop recovering and start living again!

I have been laying in bed, recovering from cancer, chemo and radiation and all it's side effects for 2 years.
I feel I have 'recovered' now and it's time to move on!

Good morning all, but every time I take a wal,.During the walk home,I always am out of breath. I must always remember to bring my rescue inhaler.
I need it every day for the walk back. Everything is uphill for my trek back and that over works my lungs. I must rest for, at the least, ten minutes before I can begin again. John
