Hi! Use either Yoga(general stretching) or Power Yoga. I feel that they are pretty spot on with what my heart monitor reads when I use it. If you're sweating, and breathing heavy, use the power yoga, otherwise regular yoga.

I dont have a heart monitor yet and I was wondering if anyone know how many calories are burned during the diamond dozen and also the energy video!
